At Convenient Tax Service, we offer walk in drop-off at our main desk. Simply stop in at your convenience with your paperwork. You will be contacted by your preparer to answer any questions. When your return is complete and ready for pick up we will contact you with signing options.
For your convenience, our drop-off form is available for you to print and fill out before you come in. Don't have a printer? No problem! Grab a form from the office when you bring in your papers.

My name is Sue Covington, and I began preparing taxes in 1987 alongside my Merry Maids franchise. After focusing on my Merry Maids businesses here in Florida, I am thrilled to return to tax preparation, bringing decades of experience to my Florida office. For my family, tax preparation is “in the blood”—what started in Wisconsin has grown into a family legacy. My daughters Wendy Vernon and Cori Huston own our Milwaukee location, and their “cousin-like-a-sister” Kaylene Dowdle owns our Waukesha location. With over 30 years of experience, we take pride in offering affordable, knowledgeable, and friendly service. At Convenient Tax Service, we make tax time a little easier and maybe even a little fun. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy exploring Florida, visiting my grandchildren, and traveling with my husband, Dennis.
